Integrative Physiotherapy Treatment Programmes

FAQs:

Traditional physiotherapy is aimed at assessing and treating more acute pain problems, but with ongoing pain the techniques used can become less effective over time. Pain specialist physiotherapists work specifically with people living with complex, long-term or persistent pain, and they are able to teach them the skills and techniques to better understand and manage their condition, work towards the things that are important to them, and improve their overall health and quality of life

If you prefer to pay as you go, then this option is available for you. My experience is that people who embark on a course of treatment are more committed to the experience and achieve better outcomes. It also enables  me to better plan the sessions, prioritise your appointment booking, and works out more cost effective. Please head to the testimonial page here, where you will hear from other people who have attended for a course of treatment

The number of sessions that you need will be personal to you. The number is based on my experience of what other people have found helpful, and how long it usually takes to incorporate changes into your daily life and to see results.

Further programmes can be purchased for £440 for six-sessions, or individually for £80 a session.

If you decide to end the programme early any refund given will be at the discretion of Integrative Physiotherapy

No, each of the programmes can be delivered in-person, or online through a secure digital platform. You do need to be based in the UK for insurance purposes.

Online physiotherapy can be as effective as in-person and a lot of people enjoy the flexibility of having treatment in the comfort of their own home and not having to travel for sessions. Not everyone needs 'hands on techniques', and pain support, education, rehabilitation, coaching, and lifestyle management are effective tools in any setting.
