Integrative Physiotherapy Online Pain Programme Outline
This programme is a 12-week online group programme (but which runs between the 25th of September and the 12th of January as it also includes breaks for school holidays), which is designed to provide support, accountability, and education for people living with a range of pain conditions.
Throughout the 12-week coaching programme you will learn a range of tools and techniques to help with the management of persistent pain.
There are six elements to the programme:
- Private Facebook group live weekly sessions
- Private Facebook group live or pre-recorded exercise sessions
- Private Facebook group discussion threads
- Fortnightly group coaching calls (6 in total)
- BONUS 60-minute one-to-one call with Nicola
The group coaching programme will be led exclusively by Nicola Brown, qualified pain specialist physiotherapist and health coach.
The programme group will be limited to a maximum of 10 people to ensure as personalised experience as possible, and will last one hour.
Coaching sessions will take place fortnightly via Cliniko (a clinical platform), and you will be sent an email link for this each time. The coaching sessions will vary in day and time each week to try and ensure that all participants are able to attend, however, this cannot be guaranteed.
You are entitled to one 60-minute call with Nicola, which is taken over the programme duration (i.e before the 12th of January) as part of the supportive experience. The purpose of the call is to provide additional support or personalisation when you may feel you need it most. Calls can be arranged on Wednesdays to Fridays, between 9am and 5pm, by emailing me on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Should you wish to have more support, additional sessions can be organised, which will be offered at a reduced rate of £60 per session (usually £70), for the duration of the programme. Email email@example.com to arrange these.
At no time should you delay seeking professional or medical help if you require immediate assistance. Whilst the 1:1 or group coaching calls are intended to offer additional support I do not provide a 24hr support helpline and you must seek professional support immediately.

You will have access to a private Facebook group for the duration of the programme. The intention of the Facebook group is to deliver the live sessions, the exercise videos, and provide a community support network to enhance the programme experience.
The substantive method of communication will be via the Facebook group, and I will respond regularly to questions or feedback within this group. I hope that you will find it a supportive and immersive experience.
Integrative Physiotherapy do not run or own the Facebook group and make no guarantees that the Facebook group will be available at any specific time.
The Facebook group will be archived one month following the end of the programme, but will still be available after this point to re-read/watch programme material for as long as Facebook allows it (out of my control).
It is requested that at all times your behaviour towards others is polite and respectful. I will not be held responsible for the behaviour or actions of any other course participant. Should your behaviour be deemed offensive or inappropriate then I reserve the right to remove you from the programme with immediate effect.
It is the intention that the programme will run between the 25th of September and the 12th of January (with breaks for October half-term and the Christmas holidays). Should an unforeseen reason arise which causes a session to be postponed it will be added to the end of the programme.
