Programme Outline
Integrative Online Pain Programme is an online group programme, which teaches, and provides support implementing a range of tools and techniques to help people living with persistent pain to feel more in control and live a healthier life.
Programme Specifics
Following successful purchase of the programme, you will be sent a health questionnaire to complete, confirmation of dates, and an invite to join the closed Facebook group (where the live sessions, exercise sessions, and group discussions will take place).
The programme will start on the 25th of September and will follow the below format:
Weekly Live sessions on the Facebook group on a Wednesday morning, where you will be able to watch live or on catch up later, and able to ask questions via the chat function (whether live or afterwards).
Discussion threads set up on Facebook where you will be able to ask questions, provide feedback on your progress, share your goals, and the things you are going to commit to.
Exercise sessions will be added to the Facebook group weekly, either live, or pre-recorded (at my discretion), tailored to the needs of the group, within reason.
Fortnightly one-hour live group coaching sessions will take place within a video room on Cliniko (a clinical platform), which will not be recorded, for confidentiality purposes, to allow you to ask specific questions, ask for feedback and discuss programme themes with the rest of the group. The times of this session will vary, in an to attempt to cater to the needs of the group, within reason.
You also have the option to book a bonus 60-minute one-to-one virtual call (included within the cost) with me over the duration of the programme.
The Facebook group will be archived one month after the group finishes on the 12th of January, meaning that after this time, you will still be able to view the material, but cannot actively comment on it. I do not plan to close the group, but if Integrative Physiotherapy and/or Facebook closes down at any time in the future, I do not have control over this.
The Integrative Online Pain Programme is designed to help reduce the impact that pain has on your life, and through access to new information, strategies and techniques, aims for you to feel more in control, happier and heathier. It is your individual responsibility to apply what is shared and taught in the programme to your personal circumstances, both during and afterwards. Each individual is unique and their starting position and commitment to the programme is unique to them.
Please be aware that the course is delivered entirely in English and no translations are provided for videos or text.
